PRE-SCREENING STEPS

STEP 1.
The dental event will be at Fauquier High School gym; however, please park at the WARF on Friday, November 1st and you must be in line at Fauquier High School by 12:30pm.

STEP 2.
Next you will fill out the forms and waivers,
and then you will undergo health screening, X-rays will be taken, and the Dental Triage team will determine what treatment you need the next day.

STEP 3.
You will receive two wristbands to wear at the event,
one indicating you are pre-registered and the other indicating the type of treatment you will undergo.

STEP 4.
Return to Fauquier High School gym on Saturday morning at 6:30am (at the latest) for Check In.

STEP 5.
Go directly to the "Pre-Registered Patient Check-In" table,
pick up a packet containing your forms and films, and then wait in the treatment area where you will be one of the first patients to be treated that day.

**Check-in for pre-registered patients will close at 7:00am on Saturday morning.**

Please keep in mind, if you arrive after 7:00am Saturday, even if you have pre-registered, you will need to join the line of same-day patients waiting to be registered. Space is limited and there will be no guarantee that you can seen.
